FAQ/ important information

How is your jewellery made?

All Tide Treasures pieces are handmade by me in my home studio in Kent. I work with 925 sterling silver, alongside sea glass, natural stones and pottery, creating each piece slowly and with great care. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

What materials do you use?

I use 925 sterling silver for all my jewellery. Many designs feature sea glass, natural stones or pottery, which means each piece will have its own unique colour, texture and shape. Small variations are part of what makes each piece special.

Is your jewellery one of a kind?

Yes — most of my pieces are one of a kind due to the natural materials used. Even similar designs will vary slightly, making each piece truly unique.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, I do offer custom pieces when possible. If you have a special idea, a specific stone, or a piece of sea glass you’d like turned into jewellery, please get in touch via the Contact / Custom Orders page and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

How long will my order take to be made?

Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.Custom orders may take longer depending on the design — I’ll always confirm timescales with you before starting.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £80.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I primarily ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK and interested in a piece, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my jewellery, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Custom pieces are non-refundable, unless faulty.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

Store it in a dry place

Avoid contact with water, perfumes and lotions

Remove before swimming or showering

Gently polish sterling silver with a soft cloth

Natural materials should be treated with care.

Will my jewellery look exactly like the photos?

I do my best to photograph each piece accurately, but due to natural variations and screen settings, colours and textures may vary slightly. This is part of the beauty of handmade, natural jewellery.

How can I contact you?
